AI automation & integration

We automate the repetitive work your team does by hand.

We find the tasks eating your team's week, build software to handle them, and connect it to the systems you already use. A person still approves anything where a mistake would matter.

What we do

Two things: automation and integration.

That is the whole practice. We do not do web design, SEO, branding or staffing.

AI automation

Software doing the repetitive work your team currently does by hand.

We map the steps a task actually takes, then rebuild it as an automated workflow. Conventional code handles the predictable parts; AI handles the parts that need reading and judgment, like sorting an email or pulling figures out of an invoice.

  • Reading incoming email and documents, then filing or routing them
  • Copying records between systems that do not talk to each other
  • Sorting and assigning enquiries as they arrive
  • Drafting replies for someone to check and send
  • Producing recurring reports from data you already hold

AI integration

AI added to the systems your team already has open.

Most teams do not need another tool to log into. We connect AI to the software you already run, so it shows up inside your CRM, helpdesk or internal app rather than somewhere new.

  • Assistants that answer from your own documents, not the open internet
  • Connections into CRM, helpdesk, accounting and ecommerce platforms
  • Search across documents, wikis and past projects
  • Customer-facing chat with clear limits on what it will answer
  • API integration with logging and spend limits

Use cases

Where this tends to pay off first.

These are the jobs clients most often bring us. Not every one will apply to you.

Sales

Enquiries sorted and drafted before a rep opens them

New enquiries are checked against your records, assigned to the right person and given a draft reply. The rep edits and sends rather than starting from nothing.

Customer support

Repeat questions answered from your own documentation

Straightforward questions get answered from your help articles. Anything the system is unsure about goes to a person, with the conversation history attached.

Operations

Records moved between systems without rekeying

Orders, invoices and customer records pass between your tools automatically. Anything that does not match gets flagged for review instead of failing quietly.

Finance and admin

Invoice details pulled out and checked

Supplier invoices are read on arrival, line items extracted and compared against your records. A person approves anything that looks wrong or unusual.

Marketing

Research and first drafts prepared

Background research, outlines and first drafts are prepared automatically. Your team edits and approves, which is faster than writing from a blank page.

Internal knowledge

One place to search everything you have written down

Ask a question across your documents, wikis and past projects and get an answer with links to the source, so you can check where it came from.

How it works

A pilot before a full build.

You should see it running on your own data before committing a budget. That is what the pilot stage is for.

  1. 01

    Audit

We sit with your team and write down where the hours go. You get a list of tasks worth automating, ranked by time saved against effort, and an honest note on the ones that are not worth it.

  2. 02

    Pilot

We build the most promising one first and run it on your real data. If the output is not good enough, you find out here rather than after paying for a full build.

  3. 03

    Build

The pilot is rebuilt properly, connected to your live systems, with logging, error handling and approval steps where a mistake would matter.

  4. 04

    Maintain

Things break. Providers change their APIs, models get retired, your processes change. We monitor what we built and fix it when that happens.

How we work

What you can expect from us.

We pick the process before the technology

Which task you automate matters more than what you build it with. Automating the wrong process carefully is still a waste of money.

A person approves anything that matters

Where a mistake would reach a customer, move money or create a compliance problem, the system drafts and a person approves. That is slower, and it is the right trade.

We work with the tools you already pay for

We connect to your existing systems rather than asking you to move to new ones. Migrations are expensive and usually unnecessary.

You keep everything we build

Code, workflows, prompts and documentation are handed over and documented well enough for another developer to pick up. You are not locked into us.

We will tell you when the answer is no

Some tasks are too varied, too rare or too high-risk to automate sensibly. Saying so costs us a project and saves you a bad one.

We do two things only

Automation and integration. We do not do web design, SEO, branding or staffing, and we will point you elsewhere for those.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How long does a first project take?

The audit usually takes about a week. A first working pilot is commonly two to four weeks after that, though it depends on how many systems are involved and how much of your data needs cleaning up first.

Do we need our data organised before we start?

No. Messy data is the normal starting point. Part of the audit is telling you what would need tidying for a given task, and whether that work is worth doing.

What does it cost?

The audit is a fixed fee agreed upfront. Build work is quoted per project once the scope is clear, so you approve a number against a defined piece of work rather than an open-ended hourly bill.

Which systems do you work with?

Most common business software: CRMs, helpdesks, accounting and ecommerce platforms, plus internal databases and anything with an API. If a system has no API, or its API is too limited, we will tell you before you spend anything.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Not by us. Where a provider offers a setting to exclude your data from training, we turn it on. If your data cannot leave your own environment at all, say so early, because it changes which tools we can use and what the project costs.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It will sometimes, and anyone telling you otherwise is overselling. We design for it: confidence thresholds, approval steps before anything is sent, and logs you can check. The aim is for mistakes to be caught internally rather than by your customer.

Will this replace people on our team?

That is usually not what happens. Most of our work removes the admin around a job rather than the job itself. If your goal is specifically headcount reduction, tell us upfront so we can be straight about whether it is achievable.

What if we want to stop working with you?

You keep the code, the workflows and the documentation. We will hand over to your own team or another developer. There is no platform of ours that you need to keep paying for.

What is the most repetitive job in your week?

Tell us and we will give you a straight answer on whether it is worth automating, before anyone talks about a budget.
